  • lung cancer (I’d seen it in a 22-year-old just a few weeks prior)
  • pulmonary embolism (hey, I was taking birth control pills)
  • pulmonary hypertension (what is that again?)
  • myocardial infarction (my mom has a heart murmur, so maybe?
